Shipping

QuarkView orders are supported by US warehouse shipping. Shipping method, delivery timing, cost, and taxes are shown at checkout or confirmed in the project quote.

  • Standard delivery is typically 5-8 business days after order processing.
  • Expedited delivery is typically 2-3 business days when available for the delivery address.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST can usually be processed the same business day when payment is accepted and stock is ready.

If a specific project requires a different fulfillment route, QuarkView confirms the practical shipping path before order approval.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Returned items should be in original condition with included accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Local return and replacement support

QuarkView has a local return address and local replacement capability for eligible approved cases. Contact support before sending any product back so the team can issue the correct return instructions.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Please report visible shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number, photos of the package, product labels, and the issue details.
