Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Quarkview ships orders. It is written to match the information currently shown on our Shipping & Returns page.

Shipping Origin

All orders ship from our US warehouse. No customs are required for orders shipped from this US warehouse.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2PM PST, Monday through Friday, are processed the same day when the item is in stock and payment has been accepted. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: estimated delivery in 5-8 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders over $35.
  • Expedited Shipping: estimated delivery in 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided for buyer planning and may vary due to carrier handling, weather, address issues, or other events outside Quarkview's direct control.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us quickly. Once an order has shipped, carrier rerouting or address correction may not be available.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, email sales@quarkview.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package, shipping label, damaged product, and any affected accessories. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund when the claim is approved.

Returns

Quarkview offers 30-day returns for eligible items in original condition. For details, review our Refund Policy or contact us before sending anything back.
