This Refund Policy explains how Quarkview handles returns, refunds, damaged items, and order issues. It is written to match the information currently shown on our Shipping & Returns page.

30-Day Returns

Quarkview accepts 30-day returns for eligible items. Items must be in original condition and include the product, accessories, packaging, manuals, and any other included parts.

To start a return, email sales@quarkview.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is covered for defective items. For returns that are not caused by a defect, shipping cost responsibility will be confirmed when the return is approved.

Items returned without authorization, missing parts, damaged after delivery, altered, or not in original condition may be rejected or may receive a partial refund.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package, shipping label, damaged product, and any affected accessories. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund when the claim is approved.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing an item, contact us as soon as possible at sales@quarkview.com. Include your order number and clear photos of what you received so we can review and resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us quickly. We can only cancel an order before it has shipped or entered final carrier handoff. If the order has already shipped, it may need to be handled as a return after delivery.
