Can I order a camera system online?
QuarkView currently confirms orders by quote instead of checkout. Pick a product or use Find My System, and we will return the available configuration, current price, and shipping option.
What information helps with a quote?
A property type and the areas you want to protect are enough to start. Camera count, recording days, budget, photos, and project timing are optional details that can improve the first recommendation.
Do products ship from the US?
Selected SKUs can use US fulfillment. The current shipping origin, cost, and timing are confirmed with the product quote before you order.
Can QuarkView help me choose between PoE, PTZ, and solar cameras?
Yes. PoE is best for stable wired recording, PTZ helps cover wider areas, and solar or battery cameras fit places where cabling is difficult.
Can I request installer, reseller, or OEM pricing?
Yes. Choose Installer, Reseller, or OEM / private label in the quote form and include sample needs, repeat order plans, quantity, and destination.
Can I ask for a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. Select Sample first as the timeline or describe the sample you need in the project notes.
What warranty support is available?
Warranty help is available for covered products. Photos, video, labels, order details, wiring context, and troubleshooting steps help us handle the case faster.
How are returns handled?
Contact support before sending anything back. Keep the product, accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase together so we can provide the correct instructions.
What should I do if an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect?
Report visible shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery, and include order context, photos, package condition, and the exact model involved.
What evidence helps a warranty or replacement case?
Prepare the order number, model or SKU, product label photo, symptom photos or video, wiring context, package condition, and troubleshooting steps already attempted.
What should I include for NVR storage planning?
Include camera count, resolution, recording mode, and the number of days you need to keep footage. Storage needs change with frame rate, compression, and motion settings.
