Return and replacement instructions

Contact support before shipping a return. We will confirm the correct return or replacement route for the product and order.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Report visible shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos, packaging condition, and order context.

Project shipments

Larger PoE, PTZ, NVR, installer, reseller, and private-label orders may need split packages, model-specific documents, or project timing notes.
